About The Role
As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for
designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with DXC's CES offerings.
What You Will Do
- Design, configure and maintain enterprise network systems (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across on-premises and cloud/hybrid environments.
- Implement security controls and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Perform capacity planning, network performance tuning and documentation.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
Who You Are
- Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Frameworks (minimum 10+ years).
- Expertise in building REST APIs.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle).
- Experience with microservices architecture (NoSQL is a plus).
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical project management.
Other Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with modern networking tools (e.g., Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Palo Alto, Juniper) and cloud platforms is a plus.
