About The Role
As a Java Tech Lead, you will be responsible for
designing, implementing and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with DXC's CES offerings.

What You Will Do

• Design, configure and maintain enterprise network systems (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across on-premises and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Perform capacity planning, network performance tuning and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.

Who You Are

• Strong experience in Core Java and Spring Frameworks (minimum 10+ years).
• Expertise in building REST APIs.
• Advanced knowledge of relational databases and SQL (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle).
• Experience with microservices architecture (NoSQL is a plus).
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and technical project management.

Other Qualifications

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with modern networking tools (e.g., Cisco IOS/NX-OS, Palo Alto, Juniper) and cloud platforms is a plus.
