About the Role
Greenday Finance is seeking a
Data and Systems Automation Specialist
with a strong IT and automation background to ensure data quality, manage SQL databases, and enhance system integrations. You'll play a key role in maintaining our CRM, supporting QuickBooks and third-party integrations, and automating manual workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
What You'll Do
- Maintain, optimize, and document SQL databases, ensuring accurate data entry and CRM data integrity.
- Integrate and troubleshoot systems across QuickBooks, CRM, internal tools, and external platforms.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) for actionable business insights.
- Design and implement
automation workflows
(e.g., with Zapier, Make/Integromat, or similar tools) to streamline reporting and data synchronization. - Collaborate across finance, operations, and leadership to enhance reporting processes and system efficiency.
- Provide IT support and uphold best practices in data security and system reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong SQL experience
(data management, queries, optimization). - Proficient English is a must.
- Experience with CRM systems and ensuring high-quality, consistent data.
- Familiarity with automation and integration tools
(e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate). - Knowledge of QuickBooks integrations is a plus.
- Experience in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
- Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
