Job Summary

We are looking for a part-time Accounting and Reporting Support professional to assist the

Controller with internal reporting, data organization, and financial support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

● Support the Controller with financial reporting and internal deliverables across

multiple entities.

● Assist in quarterly reporting processes, including rolling forward existing templates

and preparing updated reports.

● Compile, organize, and review financial statements and supporting documentation

received from the outsourced fund administrator.

● Perform reconciliations and data checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across

reports.

● Prepare ad‐hoc reports requested by internal stakeholders or investment partners.

● Maintain and update Excel-based models, schedules, and reporting files using

formulas and lookup functions.

● Handle data entry and repetitive reporting tasks following established processes and

historical examples.

● Help organize historical financial data and ensure documentation is easy to access

and review.

● Collaborate with the Controller with some overlap in Eastern Time hours, especially

during onboarding.

Must-Have Experience & Skills

● Solid understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles.

● Experience supporting internal reporting processes in a finance or accounting

environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and basic functions (e.g.,

VLOOKUP, SUMIF).

● Comfort working with large volumes of financial data and templates.

● Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with consistency and accuracy.

● Strong organizational and documentation skills to maintain clear records.

● Ability to work with some overlap in Eastern Time to support collaboration.

●Advanced English is a must

Nice-to-Have

● Experience working with or supporting external accounting teams or third-party

service providers.

● Comfort handling custom or ad-hoc reporting tasks beyond standard cycles.

● Prior exposure to fast-paced or growing finance teams with limited internal resources.

● Familiarity with investment, asset management, or private equity environments.

● Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities in a dynamic role.
