Detailed Position – Junior PLC System Engineer

We are looking for 
motivated junior engineers
 who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow together with our team.

Location:
 Ciudad Juárez, MX

Travel:
 Occasional domestic travel (Monterrey / Guadalajara) and limited international trips (USA / Vietnam)

Must-Have Skills (Junior Level)

  • Basic English communication (reading & technical discussion)
  • Fundamental experience in 
    PLC programming or debugging
  • (Mitsubishi preferred, other brands acceptable with willingness to learn)
  • Basic knowledge of 
    vision / CCD or sensor integration
  • Understanding of 
    industrial networking or MES / shopfloor connectivity
  • Ability to read or create 
    basic electrical diagrams, IO lists, or SOPs

Strong Plus (Not Required, but a Bonus)

  • Exposure to 
    Epson / Nachi robots
     or similar platforms
  • Experience with 
    motion control or pneumatic actuators
  • Participation in building or supporting 
    automated stations / equipment

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in 
    Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related fields
  • Academic or internship project documentation encouraged

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience
     in industrial automation, maintenance, or integration
  • (Internships or project-based experience also considered)
  • Background in 
    automotive or electronics industry is a plus

Exposure to Any of the Following is a Bonus

  • PCBA handling / pick-and-place
  • Film lamination or dispensing
  • Assembly & press control
  • Screw torque systems
  • Laser processes
  • Leak testing
