LET'S TALK NUMBERS (COMPENSATION)
We believe in transparency. Here is the financial breakdown for this full-time contractor role:
- Base Salary: $800 USD / Month (Fixed).
- Performance Bonus: Up to $200 USD / Month.
- Target Earnings: $1,000 USD / Month.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Leading Conversations: You'll handle communications regarding software licensing and compliance cases via email, phone, and video.
- Digging into Data: You'll review case details, analyze the situation, and keep our CRM organized and up to date.
- Finding Solutions: You will manage leads and use your negotiation skills to resolve compliance issues effectively.
- Sharing Knowledge: You'll help us document processes and create reports to make the team stronger.
IS THIS YOU? (REQUIREMENTS)
- Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or compliance.
- Location: You are currently living in Mexico or Central America.
- Language: You have excellent English skills (both written and spoken). You'll be communicating with international partners, so fluency is key.
- Tech Stack: You are comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and learning new CRM software.
- Equipment (BYOD): As this is a contractor role, you must have your own reliable laptop/computer, a headset for calls, and a stable internet connection.
- Personality: You are self-motivated, organized, and happy working independently in a remote environment.
BONUS POINTS IF:
- You have experience with software licensing or anti-piracy.
- You've worked in a B2B environment in Latin America before.
