Semi-Senior IT Recruiter (Remote — Monterrey or Guadalajara)

Contract: 6 months (extension based on performance)

Languages Required: English & Spanish (Technical proficiency)

About the Role

We are seeking a Semi-Senior IT Recruiter with strong experience in full-cycle technical recruitment and a proven ability to identify, attract, and engage top technology talent. This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in Monterrey or Guadalajara, and requires someone with exceptional sourcing capabilities and an established professional network—especially on LinkedIn.

This is a 6-month contractor position, with the possibility of extension based on performance and hiring impact.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles across multiple teams and seniority levels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other sourcing tools.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Conduct candidate screenings, evaluate technical and cultural fit, and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.

Prepare and deliver recruiting reports, dashboards, and progress updates for internal stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS and other recruitment tools.

Ensure fast turnaround times without compromising the quality of shortlisted candidates.

Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and employer-brand awareness.

Requirements

6+ years of experience as an IT or technical recruiter (agency or in-house).

Strong expertise sourcing and recruiting for software development, engineering, cloud, and other technical roles.

Extensive professional network, especially on LinkedIn.

Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to assess technical terminology and communicate with international teams.

Experience working with global and multicultural teams (required).

Experience building recruitment performance reports and tracking KPIs.

Demonstrated ability to deliver fast results while maintaining high-quality resumes and strong candidate pipelines.

Experience working remotely and managing priorities independently.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in fast-paced tech environments or for global companies.

Knowledge of ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools.

Strong understanding of current tech market trends in Mexico.
