Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced LATAM Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle sourcing and screening for senior engineering and product roles. This is a contract-to-start engagement with the potential for extension.
About Us
We're a rapidly scaling healthcare technology company operating in a SOC2-certified, HIPAA-compliant environment. We're currently building two major platforms and need to assemble a full LATAM engineering team within ~60 days (Tech Lead, Backend, Frontend, UX, Product Owner, Data Modeler).
Responsibilities
- Source and shortlist top LATAM engineering talent
- Run structured, compliance-focused interview pipelines
- Evaluate technical skills, communication, and security-minded working maturity
- Coordinate interview loops with the CTO and technical leadership
- Deliver weekly pipeline updates
- Successfully fill multiple roles on an aggressive timeline
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of LATAM technical recruiting experience
- Proven track record filling senior engineering positions
- Familiarity with SOC2/HIPAA/security-aligned hiring environments
- Ability to evaluate backend (Python), frontend (React), cloud, and API integration experience
- Strong English communication skills
- High ownership, startup mindset
Contract Details
- Contract-to-Start (6–10 weeks)
- Fully remote
- EST time zone overlap required
