Requisitos del puesto

  • Estudios universitarios completos en el área de tecnologías de la información.
  • Experiencia previa en consultoría TI.
  • Conocimientos de inglés a nivel medio.
  • Modelado de procesos de negocio y manejo de herramientas como: Miro, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart u otros.
  • Gestión de proyectos y como herramientas: Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Monday y/o Asana.
  • Documentación y colaboración: Google Workspace, Teams, o sistemas de gestión de documentos como Confluence.
  • Marcos de trabajo: Metodologías ágiles (SCRUM), Cascada, etc.
  • Análisis de datos: SQL/My SQL/Oracle para consultar bases de datos.
  • Lenguajes de programación como Python o R para realizar análisis estadísticos. Power BI, Tableu o similares.

Responsabilidades del puesto

  • Analizar y documentar los procesos y requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Diseñar soluciones tecnológicas que cumplan con las necesidades de los clientes.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para implementar y probar las soluciones propuestas.
  • Brindar soporte y capacitación a los usuarios finales.
