This role
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing credit card delivery, ensuring compliance and process optimization, and improving key team metrics (delivery rate, service level agreements, cost per delivery) to ensure stock availability and deliver a seamless, customer-centric experience, in addition to managing the performance of the operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the full logistics operation in the country, including managing an ops team, projects with internal stakeholders and supplier relationships, focusing on achieving the goals established for delivery rate, on time delivery rate and delivery SLA.
• Ensuring a flawless delivery process to the customer by managing the shipments operation through a business partner,
• Keeping a healthy end to end stock management, ensuring an efficient supply chain and healthy KPIs.
• Execute needed continuous improvement projects by assessing shortcomings in the operation by maintaining successful communications with stakeholders and measuring the impact of such initiatives.
• Secures the best business conditions regarding suppliers involved on the regular operation through negotiation, best practices adoptions and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of relevant experience in Operations, Logistics, or Project Management, in consumer finance, technology, mobile products, or consulting industry, in a high-growth tech startup environment or a highly intrapreneurial role.
• Advanced Excel and G-sheets (SQL knowledge is a plus, although non-exclusive)
• Proven record of project management skills.
• Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Problem solving, process design and optimization, and focus on continuous improvement
• Leadership, cross-collaborational communication, flexibility and adaptability.
