The Special Projects Department supports the operational teams in the field and is responsible for managing projects with significant operational complexity. This includes work on Vestas turbines and multi-brand projects, such as the execution of main component replacements and blade repairs or replacements.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the local field operations team.
  • Ensure optimized operation of customer assets, focusing on Quality, HSE, and performance.
  • Deliver operational performance aligned with forecast and planning.
  • Oversee security, maintenance activities, and employee development.
  • Provide strategic guidance to field management and ensure team commitment.
  • Build strong customer relationships, addressing critical issues with transparency.
  • Improve productivity and reduce costs using KPIs.
  • Support the Service Director in developing area strategy.
  • Develop budgets and programs to increase profitability.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Project Management, Engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a project manager within Operations / Service
  • Demonstrated extensive experience in managing teams effectively.
  • Experience in a multinational environment
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
