San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México Hire Overseas A tiempo completo

*Now open to candidates based in Latin America*
We're looking for an Automations Specialist who can build, deploy, and maintain reliable automation systems inside a fast-growing AI SaaS environment. This role sits at the core of how the product operates and scales. You will be hands-on with workflows, integrations, tickets, and ongoing system improvements, while also having space to experiment and build new automation use cases as they emerge.

You will work directly with internal teams and client-facing systems to ensure workflows run cleanly, data moves correctly, and automation logic holds up under real-world usage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational problems with smart systems, not one-off hacks.

Why You'll Want to Join
  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays based on your location
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • Work inside an AI-first SaaS company focused on retention and operational intelligence
  • High ownership role with direct impact on how the platform runs and evolves
  • Room to experiment, iterate, and build new automation capabilities over time
What You'll Work On

Automation Build and Maintenance

  • Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, , or similar tools
  • Create and manage subaccounts, automation logic, triggers, and conditions
  • Troubleshoot broken workflows and resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure automations are stable, scalable, and well-documented

Integrations and Systems

  • Connect SaaS tools, databases, CRMs, and internal systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Read API documentation and design clean data flows between platforms
  • Monitor data accuracy, sync reliability, and error handling
  • Improve existing integrations to reduce manual work and edge-case failures

Tickets and Operational Support

  • Take ownership of incoming automation and system-related tickets
  • Diagnose issues quickly and implement long-term fixes
  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders about root causes and resolutions

Experimentation and Improvement

  • Build new automation concepts as use cases surface
  • Test improvements, iterate on workflow logic, and optimize performance
  • Help evolve internal standards, templates, and reusable automation patterns
  • Contribute ideas for improving how automation supports the product and users
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining automation workflows
  • Strong hands-on experience with n8n, , or comparable platforms
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex automation logic and edge cases
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workflows at once
  • Clear written communication and ability to document systems cleanly
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting SaaS products or internal ops platforms
  • Familiarity with CRMs, analytics tools, or customer data pipelines
  • Exposure to AI-powered tools, workflows, or LLM-based systems
  • Background in technical operations or systems engineering
How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video walking through an automation or workflow you built
  3. A brief explanation of a tricky automation problem you solved

Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be considered.

If you enjoy building systems that quietly keep everything running, fixing what breaks, and improving how automation supports real users, this role gives you the space and trust to do your best work while helping shape the backbone of a growing AI platform.
