QUÉ HARÁS

El técnico de servicios inplant en situ trabajará en colaboración con el cliente, el equipo administrativo, el asistente de servicio global y SIG para proporcionar soporte local a los clientes de AVI-SPL, en las instalaciones del cliente, con el objetivo primordial de brindar una experiencia de servicio al cliente de clase mundial. 

Responsabilidades diarias:

  • Montaje y desmontaje de espacios de conferencias para satisfacer las necesidades de eventos de los clientes
  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo para ayudar a conservar los espacios de los clientes
  • Realizar tareas de soporte de calidad de manera oportuna y consciente
  • Proporcionar en campo soporte de servicio en dispositivos de red
  • Colaborar con equipos internos y/o externos de una manera profesional que refleje los valores de AVI-SPL
  • Comprender y cumplir con los estándares de seguridad locales para todas las tareas del sitio
  • Proporcionar documentación del sitio de trabajo y capacitación del usuario final según sea necesario
  • Configurar y solucionar problemas de generales de sistemas de audio / video / presentación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y/o trasladarse a varios sitios de trabajo según sea necesario

Elementos a considerar:

  • AVI-SPL se reserva el derecho de modificar las horas de trabajo y el lugar de trabajo según sea necesario. Las horas de trabajo pueden variar según los requisitos del cliente y pueden incluir viajes a varios lugares en apoyo de la cuenta.
  • Esta posición generalmente trabajará en los sitios del cliente y puede tratar con un tipo de entorno de trabajo del sitio de construcción.
