KeyResponsibilities

  • Maintain and update the IT asset database with high accuracy.
  • Monitor inventory to ensure availability of necessary equipment and software.
  • Place orders for IT equipment based on lifecycle rules and ServiceNow requests.
  • Review and approve invoices for IT equipment purchases.
  • Track and report on purchased goods and budget expenditures.
  • Ensure software license compliance and manage license audits.
  • Track license lifecycle and renew contracts in due time.
  • Organize and manage physical inventory of IT equipment.

Configuration Management

  • Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
  • Analyze relationships between hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure complete and accurate CMDB data.

End-User Support & Consulting

  • Provide IT consulting services to guide employees on appropriate equipment and software.
  • Ensure licensed software products are properly installed and functional.
  • Advise and assist end-users in requesting and installing the right equipment based on the best internal practices and personas.
  • Assign software products and support installation processes.
  • Respond to requests via email, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or in person.
  • Provide customer service for incidents, requests, and user stories.

Daily Operations

  • Monitor ServiceNow and email requests from end-users and team members.
  • Collaborate closely with IT Field and Plant Floor Support teams.
  • Create and manage replacement requests in ServiceNow and email.
  • Continuously update computer databases as part of the replacement process.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Participate in the review and continuous improvement of IT asset management processes.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of IT assets.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies within the global team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Currently in the final semester or recently graduated.
  • Familiarity with IT asset and configuration management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SNAP, Office 365, COUPA).
  • Basic understanding of procurement and financial processes.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, procurement, and technical teams.
