Sales Development Representative (Sector Hotelero/Turístico)

¿Te apasionan las ventas y el servicio al cliente? Esta oportunidad es para ti. Buscamos Sales Development Representatives con experiencia en el sector turístico y hotelero, listos para impulsar la rentabilidad y autonomía comercial de hoteles y alojamientos internacionales.

Horarios

Rotativos, de lunes a domingo
(2 dias de descanso)

  • En horario Madrid: 13:00 a 02:00 (equivalente a 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM hora México).

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar reservas de paquetes turísticos y coordinar con cadenas hoteleras internacionales.
  • Atender clientes vía telefónica, correo electrónico y WhatsApp.
  • Identificar necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.
  • Cerrar ventas con leads entrantes (clientes ya interesados).
  • Registrar y gestionar información en CRM (requiere conexión por cable).
  • Garantizar una experiencia de atención al cliente de alta calidad.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para mejorar procesos y resultados.
  • Mantener seguimiento de oportunidades en bases de datos calientes.

Requisitos del Perfil

  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en ventas en el sector hotelero/turístico (contact centers como Airbnb, Expedia, , etc.).
  • Español nativo con acento mexicano (indispensable).
  • Inglés nivel C1 (fluidez oral requerida).
  • Se valora conocimiento de un tercer idioma: alemán o portugués.
  • Manejo de herramientas CRM.
  • Estudios en turismo, atención al cliente, negocios o similares (no determinante, pero es un plus).
  • Haber cursado al menos nivel universitario/pregrado.
  • Disponibilidad para horarios rotativos y días de descanso variables.
