Overview:

HireRight is looking for a Product Manager who can be a market, customer, and user expert supporting our customer reporting and analytics to provide insights into their background screening programs. Our applications and integrations teams deliver applicant and client facing portals along with integrations powered by our APIs to facilitate the screening process. It is a strategic product team within the organization and their work powers the best background screening and monitoring business in the industry.

They will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated B2B SaaS products and services to market from ideation to launch. The Product Manager will deliver customer-focused products and services that increase efficiency and speed up time-to-hire for HireRight's customers including many of the world's most innovative and successful companies. This is an exciting role for a strategic and innovative individual to reimagine and drive our reporting products working closely with our Enterprise Data Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needs
  • Creating epic and feature level requirements for agile delivery teams
  • Drive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities
  • Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fit
  • Partner with user experience (UX) and product design team to conduct user research, design sprints, prototyping, usability testing, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis
  • Establish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features and create actionable requirements
  • Identify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and present to senior leadership for sponsorship, budgeting, prioritization, and resourcing
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, pricing, and merchandising
  • Clearly communicate and build consensus with agile teams, stakeholders and leadership.
  • Participates and contributes to marketing events, conferences and webinars and act as an evangelist and thought leader in the space

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B SaaS products
  • Experience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definition
  • Experience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with product delivery from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities
