This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Principal Solutions Architect in Mexico. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to translate business requirements into robust, scalable architectures. You will act as a technical leader and trusted advisor, guiding both internal teams and external stakeholders through complex projects. The role involves hands-on implementation across cloud platforms, programming, and data integration technologies, while also mentoring and managing other architects and engineers. You will help shape client strategies, ensuring high performance, security, and operational excellence. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, remote-first environment with significant influence on technology direction and client success. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of end-to-end data solutions across cloud platforms and enterprise environments
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Mentor and manage Solution Architects and Data Engineers, fostering internal growth and high performance
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, including detailed solution documentation, roadmaps, and presentations
  • Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and robust data integration across diverse systems
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities and client needs
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical leadership
