Objective of the position:
Plan, organize, lead and control regional SALES strategies to increase market share, brand image with business partners and clients, and meet incremental parts and service business through adequate customer support, stronger rapport with dealers and customers and optional brand image with strict alignment to DVCM policies and Code of Conduct in order to achieve corporate goals and ensure profitability and service level to provide adequate support to the product.

Main Functions:

  • Develop strategic spare parts/service sales plans in conjunction with the dealer Spare Parts and Service Managers and other dealer leader to promote sales in order to achieve established sales goals, including quantitative goals data and have it updated monthly. Also meets management reporting requirements at all times.
  • Build and lead a strong and motivated high performance sales team and institute discipline initiatives and measures to build personnel capabilities and meet higher sales and contribution objectives.
  • Develop, lead and coordinate the implementation of sales initiatives and implementation of commercial programs established by DVCM in order to grow parts and service sales, verifying active participation of the dealer network and other business partners in the distribution network in commercial programs established by DVCM.
  • Determine annual purchasing goals for each assigned dealer, as well as to evaluate their respective fulfillments through the identification and proposal of improvement actions. Also meet senior management reporting requirements and secure actions and initiatives are completed promptly and swiftly.
  • Work closely with Aftersales Pricing/Marketing Parts / service / warranty /  DX / Extended Warranty and New  & Used Truck Sales to ensure aftersales solutions can be offered to company direct and indirect customers. 
  • Prospect new customers for dealers and Daimler, at least one new possible partner per month.
  • Socialize and secure understanding of company products and service with direct and indirect customers and secure better parts and service availability at dealer level to support customer and company needs.
  • Assist direct reports with dealer and other indirect customer's audits to secure polity and procedure implementations, proper company image and sales increase.
