JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Finance Business Partner is to develop and drive the financial strategy & business performance of Food Solutions. The finance business partner may attend Brand Leadership Teams or other Leadership Teams and will focus on delivering finance support to drive the best decision making process.

You'll be part of a team that believes in doing work that matters — for people and the planet.

This will include providing Finance Business Partnering in the following areas:

  • Dynamic resource allocation to meet Category/RTM growth priorities.
  • BMI control.
  • Strategically influence stakeholders.
  • Reporting full P&L each month across Mex & And & CAM.
  • Analysis financial scenarios aligned with Global Targets.
  • Digital Transformation in line with business expectation.

Key Interactions:

  • Business partners
  • Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, CD and BI Community
  • Finance business partners
  • FET team (Category, Local and Supply chain Finance)
  • Partner with MKT Team in business modelling, P&L forecasts, competitor benchmarking, shadow P&Ls, among other activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify value opportunities that require a particular intervention / project support from Finance Business Partner resources and allocate resources as appropriate. Likely to include GM, Pricing, ROI, market development.
  • Review impacts of performance interventions
  • Identify major risks and opportunities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in Finance, including budget control and basic accounting knowledge related to month-end closing activities.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Communicating and influencing
  • Critical Thinking
  • Growth mindset and Bias for action
  • Accountability and responsibility
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other key stakeholders
  • Intermediate Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Power Query (nice to have).
  • Power BI (nice to have).
