En KING RECORDS buscamos incorporar a una Road Manager con perfil senior (30+ años) para liderar la operación logística en tour internacional. Esta posición es clave para garantizar la ejecución impecable de cada fecha y la coordinación integral entre artistas, crew, promotores y producción.

Requisitos principales:


•  Inglés avanzado (comunicación, negociación y manejo operativo con equipos internacionales).


•  Experiencia mínima de 5 años en roles de road management o tour management en giras de alto volumen.


•  Dominio de logística de giras: vuelos, hospedaje, itinerarios, transporte, hospitality, permisos y seguridad.


•  Conocimientos técnicos básicos en audio, backline, stage plot y procesos de prueba de sonido.


•  Capacidad demostrada para gestionar crisis, priorizar bajo presión y mantener alto estándar profesional.


•  Organización rigurosa, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación ejecutiva.


•  Disponibilidad total para viajar y operar en horarios flexibles.

Responsabilidades del rol:


•  Liderar la coordinación diaria de la gira y ser el enlace principal con promotores, venues y equipos de producción.


•  Supervisar camerinos, hospitality, transporte, seguridad y cumplimiento de horarios.


•  Elaborar y entregar itinerarios, briefings operativos y reportes posteriores a cada show.


•  Coordinar eficientemente con el crew técnico para garantizar fluidez en montaje, prueba de sonido y show.


•  Gestionar viáticos, gastos y documentación administrativa del tour.


•  Asegurar que el artista cuente con todas las condiciones necesarias para un desempeño óptimo.
