Job Description

We are currently rolling out SAP S/4HANA in the North American region, focusing on the distribution centers. This position will take the lead for the Make to Stock (M2S) stream, ensuring a successful deployment of SAP S/4 HANA.

  • Translate business requirements into IT requests, aligning with Bosch standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Business Departments and service providers from requirements through testing and final acceptance.
  • Lead the roll-out of the S/4 HANA template.
  • Define and monitor customizing and migration activities.
  • Organize and facilitate fit/gap workshops.
  • Plan and execute Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing cycles.
  • Deliver training sessions to key users and stakeholders, including preparation of training documentation.
  • Provide support to Production Areas and ensure resolution of technical and functional issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to M2S processes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–12 years of experience with SAP PP and S/4 HANA, specifically in M2S (Make-to-stock) processes.
  • Deep knowledge of ATP (Available-to-Promise), MRP, Demand Planning, and Plan-to-Confirm.
  • Solid experience with SAP ERP/R3 and S/4 HANA, including technical understanding (tables, customizing, differences between R3 and S/4, etc.).
  • Strong project management capabilities with proven experience in SAP project implementations, rollouts and support projects.
  • Experience with training delivery and testing execution.
  • Domain (functional) experience of 2 to 3 years in relevant industries.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical SAP solutions.
