 Location: Guadalajara 
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 
English Level: B2 Intermediate

Salary: $35,000 MXN / month

Join our Finance & Strategy Team and play a key role in shaping the company's financial future across Mexico and the U.S. You'll lead analysis, forecasting, and risk management efforts that directly influence profitability, stability, and long-term growth.

From building high-impact financial models to designing FX hedging strategies, your expertise will help guide executive decisions at the highest level.

What You'll Do

Financial Analysis & Reporting
Perform in-depth analysis of key financial metrics and prepare consolidated financial statements. Deliver real-time insights using Power BI and advanced Excel to strengthen decision-making across regions.

Forecasting & Budgeting
Lead and support sales, headcount, and expense forecasting. Develop annual and quarterly budgets aligned with business priorities, ensuring the optimal allocation of financial resources.

Foreign Exchange Risk Management
Design and execute hedging strategies to mitigate FX exposure. Model one-year expense projections, evaluate derivatives and hedging instruments, negotiate pricing with financial institutions, and make rapid, high-impact decisions crucial for liquidity and P&L performance.

Strategic Financial Planning
Contribute to 3–5 year financial planning by modeling scenarios, evaluating strategic initiatives, and aligning projections with corporate growth objectives.

Cost & Pricing Modeling
Analyze labor costs, overhead, and profitability targets to support pricing strategies and rate card development. Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing revenue and margins.

Comprehensive Financial Risk Management
Develop and monitor risk frameworks that cover liquidity, credit, market, and FX risks. Strengthen internal controls and safeguard the financial health of both entities.


Core Skills & Qualifications

Experience
3+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, or similar roles. Experience with FX hedging or multinational operations is a strong plus.

Technical Expertise
Advanced proficiency in Excel (macros, modeling) and Power BI. Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.

Business Knowledge
Understanding of cash flow, P&L management, hedging instruments, pricing strategy, and financial risk frameworks.

Communication Skills
Ability to present complex financial insights clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Decision-Making
Strong analytical judgment, able to make fast, high-impact decisions in dynamic financial environments.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or certifications (CFA, FRM) are a plus.
