Responsable del análisis y gestión de la mesa de ayuda para los clientes Proporcionar el seguimiento y Garantizar el cumplimiento Garantizado la satisfacción del cliente, minimizar costos y resolver cualquier incidencia en seguimiento de ticket

ACTIVIDADES:

a. Recibir, registrar y priorizar solicitudes de soporte técnico

b. Gestionar el ciclo completo de un proceso de soporte: desde su apertura, asignación, solución hasta el cierre.

c. Mantener un registro claro y detallado de las acciones realizadas en cada incidencia.

d. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con otros departamentos para resolver incidencias.

e. Fortalecer la relación con cliente

f. Llevar reuniones semanales con cliente

g. Reporte de estatus de los procesos

h. Mantener la comunicación constante con cliente y equipos técnicos

i. Responder e investigar las consultas, preocupaciones y problemas de los clientes/usuarios

j. Proceso de facturación al cliente. Agrupación de SO y facturas.

REQUISITOS.-

ESCOLARIDAD.-Tecnico en informatica, sistemas o afin

· Conocimiento en mesa de ayuda

· Conocimiento de soporte técnico

· Conocimiento de uso de ERP

· Experiencia en servicio al cliente

· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo

Sueldo: $11, $12,000.00 al mes
