At Givaudan, we are looking for an Account Manager dedicated to Active Beauty to develop and nurture our presence across the Mexican and Regional personal care market

You will report to the Head of Active Beauty Sales Latam, and will be based in Mexico city; working four days onsite and one from home a week.

In this role, you will:

  • Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
  • Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
  • Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
  • Track Account Plans for key accounts
  • Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
  • Identify and create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
  • Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
  • Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
  • Follow KPIs versus targets and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensure full compliance with Givaudan's policies, EHS standards, and regulatory requirements.

Your professional profile includes:

  • Bachelors or Master degree in business administration, economics, marketing, or chemistry.
  • 4+ years of experience in the Cosmetic Raw Material Industry
  • Fluency in English (90%) is required.
  • Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations
  • Hunting behavior for new clients and new business.
  • Understands annual budgetary parameters and profitability principles
  • Competent Actives & Skin Biology knowledge and language
  • Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory, toxicology requirements, including technical criteria and/or specifications
