The Activation Manager (Mexico) plays a vital role in supporting the execution and delivery of Incentives campaigns across the Inmar Network of retailers. This role serves as a client-facing partner to the Emerging Brand Sales team, ensuring that all backend processes driving campaign activation, performance tracking, and reporting are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule. The Activation Manager plays a critical part in delivering client success by providing basic campaign recommendations and ensuring that all internal processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate combines operational precision with a strong understanding of client service to help bring offers to life and maintain alignment with client goals.

Primary Accountabilities
Client and Campaign Enablement (50%):

  • Partner with the Emerging Brand Sales team to understand campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Develop recommendations that align with overall client KPIs and/or individual campaign goals; must be able to articulate and defend strategy
  • Gather, organize, and track assets ensuring all necessary files and information are secured prior to activation including issuing salesforce contract.
  • Coordinate with Digital Operations to ensure all campaign components are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage status tracking of estimates/proposals, currently live offers, purchase order information, and reporting
  • In consultation with SEs, ensure accuracy of entries/Opportunities for Load to Card offers
  • Maintain strong industry expertise in digital coupon programs, applying Inmar internal best practices to ensure smooth execution and effective issue resolution.
  • Perform daily and weekly analysis of reporting for active client offers; compare actual performance to expected performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Build client-facing post campaign decks that summarize key performance metrics, creative highlights, and campaign learnings, ensuring materials are accurate, polished, and presentation-ready.

Project Management and Operational Execution (50%):

  • Execute established operational processes and workflows across all campaign stages, from setup to post-campaign reporting.
  • Manage and track all campaign deliverables in project management systems such as or Salesforce to ensure visibility and accountability.

Follow internal procedures to ensure SLAs are met and deliverables, including creative assets, reporting, and client-facing materials, are completed on time.

  • Conduct internal quality checks to verify campaign setup, creative accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Anticipate upcoming campaign needs and take timely action within established workflows to ensure progress without waiting for direction.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure campaign readiness and successful handoffs between departments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of campaign progress, creative status, and reporting milestones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing, communications or similar field
  • 2-4 years of experience, preferably in marketing, partner management, digital media and/or CPG Account Management
  • Or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Tableau, and The Trade Desk is a plus

Preferred

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based marketing teams or operating in a global team environment.
  • Familiarity with the consumer packaged goods or retail industries.
  • Foundational understanding of campaign analytics and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM tools (e.g., , Salesforce, or similar).
