Responsabilidades

  • Gestión contable de los ingresos, costos, inventarios, activos fijos y gastos de la planta.
  • Preparar el análisis final mensual, trimestral y anual de los sitios de P & L y con especial énfasis en el análisis de los márgenes, canales de pago, análisis de variación de la fabricación y el control de transacciones de inventario varios.
  • Analizar y apoyar a todas las provisiones de gastos mensuales para el sitio.
  • Control de Inventario y monitoreo: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de almacén y de fabricación para controlar todos los procesos y movimientos de inventario, incluyendo devoluciones de los clientes, MRB y transacciones de chatarra.
  • Monitorear, registrar e informar sobre todas las actividades que no son estándar, incluyendo la ingeniería y cargos especiales relacionados con las ventas.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de gestión para mejorar los procesos de control para el sitio, y garantizar que los registros contables corresponden y ayudan a volver a hacer cumplir todos los puntos de control.
  • Crear y fomentar la colaboración funcional cruzada con todas las funciones de operación.
  • Trabajar con los administradores de cuentas para controlar todos los materiales sobrantes y obsoletos.
  • Informe de la contabilidad semanal de todas las actividades operativas, incluyendo métrica para el rendimiento del sitio, frente a la previsión del sitio.
  • Entiende los compromisos de servicio adquiridos para y cada cliente.
  • Reunirse regularmente con staff para revisar el desarrollo de los objetivos establecidos con cada una de las diferentes áreas de la organización.
  • Trabaja muy de cerca con el departamento de finanzas dando seguimiento a la operación.
  • Mantiene una línea abierta con el departamento de calidad para archivar observaciones, retroalimentación, acciones correctivas y acciones preventivas e ideas de mejoras. Requisitos
  • Licenciatura en administración de empresas o Ingeniería
  • Ingles 90%
  • Experiencia mínima en puesto similar 5 años
  • Manejo de personal.
  • Enfocado a resultados
  • Proactivo, dinámico.
  • Conocimiento en áreas como planeacion de materiales, producción, compras, logística, calidad, maquinaria y equipo y recursos humanos.
