En Amazon trabajamos para ser la compañía más enfocada en el cliente en el mundo, en donde se pueda encontrar y descubrir cualquier cosa que se quiera comprar en línea. El programa de "Cold Storage" es una iniciativa en la cual Amazon trabaja con distintos proveedores / vendedores para almacenar producto en almacenes externos a los FC de Amazon.

Este rol tiene como tarea principal llevar el manejo y control del inventario de Amazon desde instalaciones de terceros. Este rol debe ser capaz de coordinar tareas con el personal de estos almacenes externos, así como realizar recibos, envios y conteo cíclicos de dicho inventario.

El puesto identifica errores operativos y prevee implicaciones con la información proporcionada. Analiza para encontrar causas raíz y ayuda a los proveedores y amazonians a prevenir y controlar las problemáticas detectadas, es importante la comunicación eficaz con los proveedores, así como direccionar escalaciones cuando sea necesario sin dejar a un lado la privacidad de la información.

Monitorear el desempeño de una variedad de sitios que le serán asignados, proponer e implementar mejoras.
Analizar data de distintas fuentes, identificar la data relevante y presentarla para tomar acciones.
Prever implicaciones basadas en la data y su tendencia.
Ser organizado y preciso para notificar y actualizar cualquier situación relevante.
Ser el punto de contacto entre clientes internos y externos, teniendo en mente los objetivos y límites en la comunicación de acuerdo a la privacidad de información.
Encontrar causas raíz de problemáticas en la operación.
Crear y dar seguimiento a indicadores operativos, generar propuestas para nuevas metodologías de automatización.
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, organizada y de inteligencia emocional para lidiar con una variedad de proveedores y clientes internos.

A day in the life
Collaborate with teams across Amazon (e.g., Operations, Supply Chain Planning, Retail.
Technology) to define project requirements.
Manage project implementation, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed.
Work closely with team members to facilitate vendor adaptation to the network.

- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
- 1+ years of program or project management experience
- 1+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 1+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps)
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- English B2+
