Your Mission: Lead Campaigns That Shape the Streets

We're looking for a
Senior Account Executive / Media Planner OOH
, someone unstoppable, strategic, and with proven experience turning bold visions into
large-scale campaigns
. If you are passionate about building
strong client relationships

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute
    comprehensive
    OOH media strategies
    for national and international brands.
  • Manage key accounts
    , ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and
    ROI
    .
  • Lead negotiations
    , pricing, and the
    closing
    of
    high-impact advertising deals
    .
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution
    in coordination with operations, design, and production.
  • Analyze performance
    and present
    insights
    that drive future strategies.
  • Mentor junior team members
    and contribute to the evolution of our
    sales processes
    .
  • Represent Naranti
    at
    industry events
    and
    strategic partnerships
    across
    Mexico and LATAM
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
    in
    Marketing, Advertising, International Business
    , or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience
    in
    media planning, client management
    , or
    B2B sales
    (
    OOH
    or agency preferred).
  • Strong
    business acumen
    ,
    consultative sales
    approach, and exceptional
    presentation skills
    .
  • Results-driven mindset
    , balancing
    strategic thinking
    with
    operational execution
    .
  • Fluent English (B2+)
    , as you will interact with
    global clients
    and international brands.
  • CRM proficiency
    and a solid understanding of
    performance metrics
    .
