Responsibilities
The Opportunity
As an
Order Management
Analyst
, you will play a key role in supporting the procurement and payment process for the region. This position ensures the
timely creation, tracking, and follow-up of purchase orders
, as well as effective collaboration with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and finance teams to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Your Impact

  • Create and manage Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders in alignment with business requirements.
  • Monitor and track order status, following up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
  • Resolve purchase order, invoice, and receipt discrepancies in close coordination with Accounts Payable and other internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate and updated procurement records, ensuring consistency in documentation and budget adherence.
  • Interact with suppliers and contractors to manage purchase payment instructions and change orders.
  • Support internal stakeholders by providing guidance on procurement and invoice payment processes, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Demonstrate understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and invoice processing flows.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance purchasing efficiency and supplier experience.

Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience or knowledge in procurement and accounts payable processes.
  • Knowledge in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
