Buscamos:
Analyst, Record Keeping

Misión:

Ejecutar el procesamiento de layout y gestión de liquidaciones y reportes al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Registrar instrucciones de clientes (compras, ventas, movimientos de efectivo) en sistema.
  • Ejecutar el cuadre SIIF-BAS vs RK y detalle de diferencias.
  • Realizar el ajuste de parámetros a funcionalidades y cambios solicitados por clientes.
  • Gestionar depósitos no identificados mediante revisión documental y coordinación con Mesa de Control.
  • Coordinar el proceso de Onboarding: elaboración de minutas, configuración inicial, módulo instrucciones y entrega de accesos.
  • Capacitar operativamente al cliente: capacitación plataforma y reuniones con clientes para cuestiones operativas.
  • Revisar rechazos: notificación a clientes y gestión de movimientos de efectivo.
  • Operar el rebalanceo de mandatos.
  • Gestionar los cheques con mensajería.
  • Apoyo con pruebas tecnológicas en ambientes QA para la liberación de nuevos requerimientos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura:
    Economía, Administración o afín.
  • Conocimientos básicos del cargo:
    Operación de fondos de inversión y procesos de Record Keeping.
  • Experiencia requerida:
    mínimo de 6 meses en puestos similares.
  • Obligatorio: Certificación vigente Figura 1 o 3 AMIB.
  • Deseable: inglés intermedio.
