The Role

We're looking for someone who wants to own the architecture, ship fast, and help define our technical DNA.

You'll work directly with the CEO and CTO to design and implement the product's core systems and integrations.

What You'll Do

  • Build end-to-end product features using TypeScript, , Python and SQL.
  • Architect the AI orchestration engine that transforms natural-language inputs into executable workflows.
  • Develop integrations with Slack, Teams, HubSpot, SAP, and many others.
  • Design scalable, modular infrastructure ready for enterprise use.
  • Collaborate to turn ideas into reality.
  • Establish our engineering standards, tools, and processes in Latam.
  • Talk with customers to advance implementations.

What We're Looking For

  • Unconventional people fueled by the passion and energy to change the world.
  • 4+ years shipping production software.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript / / Python and LLM experience.
  • Experience connecting to third-party APIs or automation platforms.
  • Proven experience in deploying enterprise-grade products with a strong focus on data security and compliance.
  • Interest in utilizing AI to improve enterprise processes.
  • Startup mindset: you move fast, own outcomes, and solve problems end-to-end.
  • Mandatory:
    English proficiency (C1+) and comfort working with an international team.
