Job Zusammenfassung
Der Deployment Specialist ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung der europäischen EMS- und Krankenhaus-Vertriebsteams, indem er erstklassige Schulungen und Einsätze von ZOLLs Wiederbelebungsprodukten anbietet. Er berichtet an den International Deployment Manager

Wesentliche Funktionen

  • Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Produktschulungsprogramme für ZOLL-Kunden
  • Durchführung von "Train the Trainer"-Schulungen für Kunden
  • Durchführung von Produktschulungen für Endbenutzer
  • Teilnahme an produktbezogenen Verkaufsschulungen für neue Gebietsleiter
  • Funktion als ZOLL-Verbindungsperson für alle Produktschulungsanforderungen während des Einführungsprozesses
  • Erstellung, Planung und Durchführung der Kundenübergabe an den ZOLL-Support
  • Teilnahme am Marketing-Feedback zur kontinuierlichen Produktverbesserung
  • Entwicklung und Aufrechterhaltung eines Zertifizierungsprogramms für externe Trainer
  • Fähigkeit, potenzielle Probleme zu erkennen und an interne Teams weiterzuleiten
  • Fähigkeit, sowohl alleine als auch als Teil eines größeren Teams zu arbeiten

Qualifikationsanforderungen

  • Rettungssanitäter oder Krankenpfleger mit mindestens 5 Jahren Erfahrung in der Intensiv- oder Notfallversorgung.
  • BA/BS-Abschluss oder 5 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Notfallversorgung und im Krankenhaus. Erfahrung in der Wiederbelebung bevorzugt.
  • Erfahrung in der klinischen Ausbildung (12-Lead, ETCO2, usw.), idealerweise auf Ausbilder-/Koordinatorenebene.
  • ALS/APLS/ACLS-Anbieter, idealerweise Ausbilder
  • Fließend in Englisch. Eine andere europäische Sprache wäre von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, 25 Pfund zu heben
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Produkten (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint usw.)
