Analyst or Senior Analyst, Business Operations

We're hiring our first Mexico-based Business Operations Analyst to support day-to-day operations for Slalom's largest US client accounts ("diamond" accounts). You will execute and improve repeatable processes, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage time entry and invoicing, and deliver accurate reporting. This is an analyst-level role ideal for a detail-obsessed, proactive problem solver and clear communicator.

What You'll Do

• Onboarding coordination
• Initiate client-required background checks and track completion
• Request and manage client credentials and system access
• Coordinate ordering, shipment, and receipt confirmation of client hardware
• Document and track all onboarding steps to SLA, escalating blockers promptly
• Offboarding coordination
• Disable client credentials and system access per policy
• Track hardware return and reconcile inventory status
• Close out time entry, billing, and project records as required
• Engagement management support
• Partner with the Engagement Management Office on project setup, change orders, contract signature status, internal bill codes, and time reconciliation
• Monitor time entry compliance and reconcile discrepancies across client and Slalom systems
• Validate billing data, prepare invoice packages, and resolve exceptions with account teams and finance
• Data hygiene and reporting
• Maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene and pipeline updates
• Refresh weekly engagement financial reports and explain them (accruals, pipeline projections, actuals vs. plan)
• Build and maintain ad hoc and recurring reports in Excel; assist with Salesforce and Power BI dashboards
• Process excellence
• Document SOPs, checklists, and runbooks; propose improvements to reduce cycle time and errors
• Track and meet SLAs; proactively communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
• Stakeholder communication
• Partner closely with US-based account teams, consultants, and operations/finance stakeholders
• Respond to complex questions, triage issues, and drive resolution across systems and teams

What You'll Bring

• 2-3 years of professional experience in operations or similar roles
• Fluent English; clear, concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfort working in business applications; familiarity with Salesforce and PowerBI is a plus
• Experience with time entry, invoicing, or financial reporting is a plus
• Self-starter mindset with bias to action and a service-oriented approach
• Scrupulous attention to detail, able to develop and maintain highly organized work environment and manage multiple requests and deadlines
• Minimum two days a week on-site at the Slalom office
