Sales Executive

The Sales Executive is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of medium -sized and strategic B2B clients, driving revenue growth, and strengthening long -term business relationships. This role requires a strong results -oriented mindset, technical–commercial skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, analyzing pricing and margins, coordinating with Supply Chain, Quality, Production, and Finance teams, and supporting innovation or packaging development projects. The Sales Executive must maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market trends, and ensure consistent communication with clients while delivering high service standards. Requirements3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within packaging, plastics, manufacturing, food & beverage, or FMCGExperience managing medium or regional accountsStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to analyze commercial data and sales indicatorsBasic–intermediate understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and logisticsIntermediate English levelProficiency in Excel and CRM toolsAvailability for national travelStrong organizational skills, proactivity, and resilience under pressure BenefitsSalary up to $60,000 MXN per monthLegal benefits (and additional benefits depending on company policies)Growth opportunities within a global organizationExposure to strategic accounts and cross -functional projectsCollaborative and performance -driven work environment
