Compensation: $8 – $9 USD per hour

The client is a leading electronic security integrator providing advanced security solutions across North America. With a global team of 40 employees spanning 8 countries, they deliver 24/7 remote monitoring and troubleshooting services to ensure continuous client protection.

The company also operates a proprietary cloud-based security portal, supported by a dedicated in-house development team based in São Paulo, Brazil. Innovation, reliability, and brand consistency are central to their operations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Web Designer & Content Creator to join the marketing team as a key contributor to the company's digital presence. This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the corporate website, producing high-quality visual content, and ensuring strict brand consistency across all digital platforms.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative professional who combines strong technical web skills with an eye for design and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

  • Maintain, update, and optimize the company website using WordPress

  • Ensure strong performance, usability, responsiveness, and technical stability

  • Implement UI/UX best practices to improve user experience

Content Creation

  • Design and produce engaging visual content for:

    • Social media

    • Email marketing campaigns

    • Digital advertising and promotional materials

Brand & Design Consistency

  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all digital assets

  • Maintain a cohesive and professional visual identity across platforms

Marketing & Strategy Support

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team on:

    • Website updates

    • Content strategy initiatives

    • Lead generation efforts

SEO & Analytics

  • Monitor website performance and user behavior

  • Apply technical and content SEO best practices

  • Use analytics to inform optimization and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience designing, managing, and optimizing websites using WordPress

  • Proficiency with design tools such as:

    • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

    • Canva or similar platforms

  • Strong understanding of:

    • UI/UX principles

    • HTML/CSS

    • Responsive design

  • Solid knowledge of:

    • Technical SEO

    • Content optimization

    • Web analytics

  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media best practices

  • Strong visual storytelling ability with a creative portfolio

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
