Graphic Designer | Full-Time Contractor | Remote (Mexico) | 3–5 Years Experience

Cybba is seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our US-based Creative team. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who is energized by producing a wide range of digital marketing materials for audiences across the US, Mexico, and Brazil.

You'll collaborate with designers, account managers, and client-facing teams to produce compelling visual assets that elevate brand performance and drive results for our clients.

What You'll Do

Digital & Marketing Design

  • Create high-quality static and animated ads for web, paid social, and display channels

  • Design internal marketing assets including landing pages, one pagers, emails, social media graphics, power points, and campaign collateral

  • Design and code HTML emails using best practices across email clients and devices

  • Support front-end design in Wordpress for internal website, landing pages, and campaign experiences

  • Work within HubSpot environment for marketing projects including emails, landing pages, and forms

  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple markets (US, MX, BR)

  • Iterate on design concepts based on performance insights and leadership feedback

What You'll Bring

  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal) required, as most communication, reviews, and collaboration will occur in English.

  • 3–5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency, in-house, or freelance environment

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator)

  • Solid understanding of design principles, branding, typography, and layout

  • Experience creating animated ads (HTML5 and/or Adobe Animate), HTML emails, front-end layouts, and marketing assets

  • Working experience with WordPress or similar platforms

  • Ability to design for diverse audiences across the US, Mexico, and Brazil

  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit

  • Comfortable working with distributed teams based across time zones

  • Basic Video Editing

Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Great to Have)

  • Motion graphics and animation experience within Adobe Premier and Adobe After Effects

  • Advanced Video editing

  • Knowledge of Portuguese in addition to English and Spanish

  • Familiarity with HubSpot
