Purpose And Scope
This position is directly accountable for control / update the information through the management of IMMEX – IVA-IEPS certification program in relation of raw material inventory, asset inventory, finish good inventory, scrap administration that provides quality of information to maintain the tax Mexican regulation updated (every month) to accomplish with legality of the inventory described.

Responsibilities

  • Integration of Digital and physical Foreign Trade Files.
  • Create the Statements of Value and Calculation Sheets.
  • Analyze and review changes to Mexican laws, regulations, communications, etc. to accomplish with foreign trade activities
  • Establishment of electronic audit processes to ensure compliance with Mexican legislation. (OEA- Foreign Trade)
  • Control the times of the virtual "pedimentos" to carry out the closing on time for them in order to accomplish with the fiscal legislations avoiding penalties to close the "pedimentos" out if time permitted.
  • Perform the audit for fix asset to maintain records accurate
  • Perform the Annex 24 analysis against importation records vs material consumed.
  • Renewal of government permits (Annual Report, OEA, INEGI etc.
  • Processing the virtual operation for raw mats, finish Good and MRO consumables.
  • Coordinate / maintain the Fixed Assets vs Import Records for customer compliance regulation.
  • Manage custom broker operation applying the different programs and benefits for Mexican regulation

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Experience with production processes in manufacturing industries
  • Strong Knowledge of IMMEX program
  • Strong knowledge International Trade regulation
  • Strong knowledge Logistic – Transportation strategies
  • Strong knowledge in customs clearance procedures and customs operations
  • Strong knowledge in OEA, CT-PAT, PROSEC
  • Strong knowledge in strategies to Reduce risks in audits.
  • Strong knowledge in IVA-IEPS certification (Mexican tax regulation)

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in International Trade or related.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IMMEX knowledge, CT-PAT, OEA, PROSEC, IVA-IEPS
