These are the pillars of E80 Group's corporate culture, which is always close to customers, people, and the territory.**Who are You**The International Trade Specialist will be responsible for managing and supervising all international trade Operations of the company while verifying the compliance of local and international regulations and best practices. Will collaborate with different internal and external groups and departments both in México and abroad while seeking to improve logistic efficiency, process optimization and customs clearance while reducing commercial risks for the company and its customers.**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate with Customs Brokers and Agents all importation and customs clearance operations.- While monitoring compliance and all local and international regulations- Monitoring and coordinating the preparation of documentation with our intercompany and external suppliers abroad- Coordinate external logistic vendors to guarantee deliveries on time- Maintain proper documentation together with Accounting departments for all international operation- Strategic development of a local international trade department.- Develop and maintain strategic relations with logistic vendors, brokers, agents and regulatory entities.- Review and document procedures to be aligned with internal needs and local regulations.- Drive department and support company growth- Prepare analysis and reporting on international operations, detailed cost analysis by project and operation.- Evaluate risk on operating models while proposing mitigation strategies for international commerce operations that may include expansion of Importers Permits and Sectorials.**Requirements**:- Internation Trade or Business professional degree.- Advanced English (Italian basic knowledge is preferred)- 3 years of experience in international trade or logistics- Knowledge of Incoterms, trade terminology and Tariff Classification procedures and NOMsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: A partir de $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vidaEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Idioma:- Inglés (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
