Propósito general del rol

Asegurar la calidad y eficiencia de las operaciones de Cuentas por Pagar en la región de LATAM, alineándose con las estrategias y mejores prácticas globales. Este puesto se centra en la operación, mejora continua y aumento de la eficiencia de procesos, colaborando con equipos globales y regionales. Además, asiste en el proceso anual de construcción de objetivos y prioridades que impactan al EBS en LATAM y asegura la adecuada planeación y gestión de la capacidad de los recursos en el equipo.

Funciones y responsabilidades típicas

  1. Lidera y controla como dueño de proceso los resultados operativos del área de cuentas por pagar operado por un third party vendor
  2. Lidera y coordina la mejora en los procesos, propone soluciones y asegura la implementación de cambios para incrementar la eficiencia y la calidad del servicio.
  3. Es responsable de la resolución de problemas en el proceso de cuentas por pagar de cara a los principales stakeholders del proceso
  4. Asegura consistencia en los procesos de la región en alineación con estándares globales y mejores prácticas.
  5. Establece una relación de trabajo colaborativa con clientes claves en grupos globales, tecnología, producto, áreas de negocio
  6. Provee guía a los encargados de proceso en la elaboración de planes orientados a mejorar la calidad del servicio.
  7. Monitorea y da seguimiento a indicadores claves de servicio, identificando áreas de mejora y realizando ajustes según sea requerido.
  8. Evalúa potenciales proyectos y alinea la asignación de recursos (económicos y humanos) y gestiona oportunidades con los dueños de proceso.
  9. Asegura la calidad y productividad del proceso
  10. Lidera iniciativas que promuevan el desarrollo de los asociados bajo su cargo.

Conocimientos técnicos

  1. 8-10 años de experiencia en diversos procesos operativos en el ciclo de Procurement to Pay. Deseable con experiencia en centros de servicios
  2. 3-5 años de experiencia en la industria del Retail/ E- Commerce
  3. 4-6 años de experiencia en procesos de transformación y mejora continua
  4. Amplio conocimiento en estándares de la industria
  5. Conocimiento y manejo de tecnologías emergentes para mejora de procesos
  6. Habilidades analíticas de resolución de problemas y comunicación con niveles ejecutivos
  7. Habilidades para liderar, influenciar, crear conceso y administrar el cambio

Experiencia y educación

  1. Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Contaduría, Proyectos o Ingeniería Industrial. Maestría deseable.
  2. Manejo del Inglés Avanzado (C1).
  3. Al menos 10 años de experiencia laboral
  4. 6-8 años de experiencia liderando equipos
  5. Manejo de tecnologías para mejora de procesos: AI Solutions, quick process automation, big data management.
