Job Description
Position Mission
Design and maintain inspection methods to prevent or eliminate the root causes of customer complaints, failures, internal defects, and deviations through root cause analysis and participation in failure review meetings, in order to reduce Cost of Poor Quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply preventive quality tools for process control based on the analysis of area performance indicators.
- Audit processes, products, and the quality management system to verify compliance with applicable regulations and established quality standards.
- Lead and support customer inspection visits to the plant, demonstrating compliance with product specifications.
- Generate and manage control indicators to prioritize and follow up on identified failures or deviations.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering, Mechanical-Administrative Engineering, Industrial-Administrative Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance roles, with a strong focus on manufacturing processes.
- English: Upper-intermediate level.
