Becario de Excelencia en el Servicio y Desarrollo de Soluciones de Análisis y Visualización de Datos

Sobre el rol

Estamos buscando un talentoso becario que nos ayude en la generación de estrategias y en el desarrollo de soluciones aplicativas para potenciar nuestras actividades de servicio. Tu principal misión será identificar, diseñar e implementar soluciones de análisis y visualización de datos que faciliten y mejoren la toma de decisiones estratégicas.

¿Qué harás?

Como becario, realizarás funciones clave para la organización, incluyendo:

  • Desarrollar estrategias basadas en datos para optimizar procesos de servicio y mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

  • Diseñar y construir dashboards y reportes visuales que permitan identificar nuevas perspectivas sobre indicadores clave de servicio.

  • Proponer y ejecutar estrategias y procedimientos que impulsen la eficiencia de los procesos internos y el valor agregado del servicio.

  • Colaborar con líderes y equipos internos para garantizar la implementación efectiva de prioridades estratégicas.

  • Liderar pequeños proyectos internos y contribuir al éxito del equipo.

  • Consolidar información y definir mejores prácticas para el uso, mantenimiento y actualización de soluciones de análisis de datos.

¿Cuál será tu impacto?

Tras tu colaboración, entregarás dos proyectos clave:

Consolidación y mejora de soluciones de análisis y visualización de datos e indicadores operativos.

Creación de procesos eficientes, documentación de mejores prácticas y planes de mantenimiento que aseguren la sostenibilidad de las soluciones implementadas.

¿A quién buscamos?

Estamos interesados en estudiantes de licenciatura que cumplan con las siguientes características:

Formación Académica:

  • Carreras: Ciencia de Datos y Matemática, Tecnologías Computacionales, o Transformación Digital y Negocios.

  • Nivel Académico: Preferible entre el 5° y 7° semestre.

  • Universidades Sugeridas: Tec de Monterrey, Panamericana, Anáhuac, Ibero, La Salle, UNAM, IPN (o equivalentes).

Habilidades Clave:

  • Pensamiento crítico y analítico.

  • Resolución de problemas y capacidad de adaptarse en entornos dinámicos.

  • Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación escrita y verbal.

  • Liderazgo y capacidad de colaboración entre equipos.

  • Enfoque autónomo, acción dirigida y buen manejo del tiempo.

Conocimientos Técnicos Requeridos:

  • Manejo avanzado de MS Excel y paquetería Google Workspace (Gmail, Gsheet, Gslides, Gdocs).

  • Conocimiento en plataformas de CRM (preferentemente ).

  • Dominio de software de análisis de datos e IA  (preferentemente Tableau, Snowflake y DataIku).

Idiomas:

  • Inglés avanzado: habilidades de escritura, lectura y conversación requeridas.
