Este rol soporta al equipo comercial, planners y clientes con análisis profundos que guían decisiones estratégicas y optimizan los resultados de la inversión en Retail Media.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

Responsabilidades principales:

1. Análisis de performance y shopper

  • Evaluar KPIs: ROAS, GMV, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversiones, incrementalidad.

  • Analizar funnel de conversión, rutas de compra y comportamiento del usuario dentro de la plataforma.

  • Comparar rendimiento entre marcas, SKUs, segmentos de audiencia y canales (Turbo vs Marketplace).

2. Generación de insights y recomendaciones estratégicas

  • Identificar hallazgos clave, oportunidades de crecimiento y riesgos.

  • Construir narrativas claras que conecten datos con decisiones de negocio.

  • Proponer optimizaciones basadas en tendencias y benchmarks internos.

3. Desarrollo de reportes y dashboards

  • Elaborar reportes semanales, mensuales y ad-hoc para clientes y equipos internos.

  • Diseñar dashboards automatizados en Looker, Power BI o Data Studio.

  • Mantener integridad, consistencia y actualización de las fuentes de datos.

4. Apoyo a ventas y planners

  • Proveer análisis en pitches, JBPs, QBRs y revisiones con clientes.

  • Respaldar decisiones de segmentación, inversión y calendarización.

  • Trabajar de la mano de planners para optimizar campañas en tiempo real.

5. Investigación de mercado y categoría

  • Analizar tendencias de la industria, temporadas clave y comportamiento del consumidor.

  • Evaluar share por marca, competitividad, pricing y disponibilidad.

  • Conectar datos internos con fuentes externas (NielsenIQ, Scanntech, Kantar, etc.).

6. Calidad y gobernanza de datos

  • Validar metodologías, asegurar coherencia de KPIs y revisar procesos de extracción.

  • Detectar inconsistencias y trabajar con data engineering para mejoras.

Perfil deseado / Habilidades clave
  • Experiencia previa en análisis de datos, performance media, e-commerce o research.

  • Manejo sólido de herramientas: SQL (deseable), Excel avanzado, Looker, Power BI.

  • Capacidad para contar historias con datos y crear presentaciones claras.

  • Mentalidad analítica, atención al detalle y pensamiento crítico.

  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de retail media y shopper marketing es un plus.
