Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from planning through execution and delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, structured execution, risk management expertise, and the ability to operate effectively in environments with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and evolving priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle execution, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define and maintain project scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery plans.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and execution.
  • Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and executive communication.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and structured updates.
  • Drive resource planning and workload alignment across teams.
  • Ensure change management and scope control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and delivery practices.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional experience in project management roles.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Excellent planning, execution, and risk management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities at all organizational levels.
  • High level of organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading teams in environments with changing priorities and dependencies.
  • Ability to operate with limited oversight while maintaining structured delivery discipline.
