SAP FICO Solution Architect

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect with a focus on SAP S/4HANAto lead the design and delivery of innovative financial solutions. This role bridges finance stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that SAP FICO functionalities are effectively implemented, optimized, and aligned with business goals in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), and a strong background in cloud-based SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
As a key member of the project team, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions. You'll work closely with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes, recommend improvements, and ensure effective integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS. You'll facilitate fit-to-standard workshops, drive process optimization, and guide teams through successful delivery. You'll also support user training, post-go-live stabilization, compliance alignment, and help shape reporting and analytics capabilities in the cloud.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience with SAP Activate, SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or FSCM
• Strong knowledge of core finance processes and cloud-specific capabilities
• Experience with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard implementation methodology

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification
• Experience with Public Cloud extensibility (In-App/Side-by-Side) and integration frameworks
