The FP&A Jr. Analyst at Sealed Air plays a critical role in supporting the Global FP&A Transformation and Capital PMO teams from our Torre Mayor office in Mexico City, with a strong emphasis on global cost takeout to grow (CTO) and capital investment programs. This includes ensuring the proper administration of the Wave and PPM systems, as well as the quality and consistency of the information used for business decisions. Based in Mexico City with a hybrid schedule that includes at least three days per week in the Torre Mayor office, this role offers exposure to global upper management and cross‑functional teams while maintaining a regular Monday–Friday workday. Success in this role depends on a structured approach to project management, eagerness to learn company tools and financial concepts, and a long‑term interest in growing toward a career in FP&A within a dynamic, transformation‑focused environment.

Why do we need you?

  • Provide general support for the Wave and PPM systems to keep them updated and properly structured.
  • Execute functional tests on the systems and support user access management.
  • Monitor compliance with internal processes and guidelines related to Wave and PPM.
  • Serve as a point of contact for users and internal teams requiring basic functional support.
  • Provide initial training on established operational processes and guidelines.
  • Ensure that initiatives progress according to the defined approval process. Collect, validate, and maintain information on the pipeline of capital initiatives and projects.
  • Support process documentation and the preparation of executive reports and dashboards.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Advanced English.
  • Functional knowledge of Excel (formulas, data management).
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of data modeling.
  • General familiarity with ERP and financial tools.
