Cholula Capital is a human-sized agency that focuses on two main areas: housing solutions for international exchange students in the Puebla and Cholula region, and the organization of cultural events, social gatherings, and travel experiences to ensure students have an enriching and memorable stay. Our goal is to create seamless, high-quality experiences that foster cultural exchange and community engagement.

Position Overview:

We are looking for highly motivated and versatile interns to support our activities.

This internship offers exposure to multiple areas such as:

  • Business development
  • Event planning & operations
  • Team coordination
  • Communication & social media
  • Basic financial follow-up

You will work closely with the founding team and gradually take on responsibilities based on your skills and motivation.

This role requires flexibility, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about business development, leadership, and strategic planning, who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic & international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a sales and/or development strategy to promote our offerings.

Coordinate and guide staff members during events.

Identify and pursue potential customers through market research and outreach.

Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with customer needs.

Establish key partnerships (local & international) to expand Cholula Capital's reach and visibility.

Create content and support communication channels.

Support in the financial field, support payment tracking

Help in the planning of events & bring new ideas.

Monitor and analyze performance, search for continual improvements.

Profile We're Looking For:

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, and good work ethic.

Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to adapt to new challenges and drive results.

Leadership skills and ability to build and manage a team.

Experience with sales, marketing, or business development is a plus.

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.

Internship Details:

Location
: Cholula, State of Puebla, Mexico (office-based).

Duration
: Flexible (minimum 3 months preferred).

Schedule
: Flexible (part-time, approx. 16 hrs/week in the office and the rest in the events field)

Starting date
: Flexible (from January 15th to December of 2026)
