As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will be the driving force behind the success of all our dining outlets, banquets, and culinary programs. This role demands a high-calibre professional who can seamlessly blend strategic financial management with an unwavering commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • Luxury Expertise:
    Minimum of
    3-5 years of progressive F&B leadership experience
    in a
    five-star hotel
    ,
    luxury resort
    , or
    high-end fine dining environment
    .
  • Exceptional Leadership:
    Proven ability to
    mentor, motivate, and manage large, diverse teams
    to achieve operational excellence and exceptional employee retention.
  • Attention to Detail:
    Meticulous focus on the
    guest experience
    , ensuring every touchpoint—from presentation to service flow—is executed flawlessly and meets the highest luxury standards.
  • Culinary & Service Vision:
    A deep understanding of current culinary trends, beverage programs (wine, spirits, mixology), and an ability to innovate and curate unique concepts.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
