Absolute Security is investing heavily in net new enterprise growth across Mexico. As an Enterprise Account Executive based in CDMX, you will own a greenfield territory and be accountable for closing new logo ARR within the most security-conscious companies in the region — including financial services, telco, manufacturing, and government sectors. You will lead Absolute's expansion across some of Mexico's most strategic enterprise accounts.   What You'll Do

  • Territory Ownership: Manage a named patch based in CDMX and other Tier 1 regions
  • Pipeline Creation: Build 4× pipeline coverage via outbound prospecting, executive engagement, and field programs; partners are used to accelerate, not originate
  • Deal Leadership: Drive Command of the Message deals of $250K–$1M+ ARR with sales cycles averaging 6–9 months and complex deals extending over 12 months
  • Qualification Discipline: Apply MEDDPICC rigorously throughout each opportunity
  • Forecast Accuracy: Use Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong to forecast within ±10% of commit
  • Executive Engagement: Create deep relationships with CISO, CIO, and board-level influencers
  • Internal Orchestration: Lead sales cycles involving SEs, Legal, Marketing, and Channel teams; own the entire journey from first call to contract
  • Overachievement: Surpass quota targets with top-tier execution and team collaboration
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity experience with $1M+ new logo wins
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Disciplined in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks
  • High integrity, curious, driven, and comfortable in a high-performance, high-visibility environment
  • Based in CDMX with willingness to travel across key enterprise accounts

  • Achieve 100%+ annual quota with 3–4 high-profile Mexican enterprise wins
  • Maintain pipeline coverage at 4× and forecast variance within ±5%
  • Secure referenceable deals with visible expansion opportunities
  • Be a go-to example for rigorous qualification and high-stakes deal execution
