Description
Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of Workday integrations Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday Integrations Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders. Develop plans to move forward the overall Workday strategy Understand data flows and system usage between internal systems and Workday, driving alignment with other system owners Develop new and modify existing integrations from Workday to internal and external clients using Workday technologies (i.e. Benefits, Payroll, internal systems, etc.) including PGP / SSH key management, calculated fields, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services, etc. Provide production support for clients on Workday integrations, including addressing inquiries on the technology, processes, or user access to resolve issues Partner with business clients to gather and document business requirements Partner with colleagues in the design, testing and support of Workday integrations Participate in walk-throughs which review integration changes, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, while providing feedback in accordance with department standards and guidelines
