Remote Workday HCM Consultant

We are currently searching for a Remote Workday HCM Consultant:

Responsibilities

• Provide post-production support and enhancements across multiple areas of Workday HCM, acting as a subject matter expert
• Participate in advisory, planning, and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules
• Document business requirements, map processes, and implement Workday best-practice configurations
• Manage client relationships and resolve support requests, including operational issues, enhancements, Phase X implementations, and release planning
• Lead client and internal sessions to analyze and scope complex business requirements
• Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
• Collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests
• Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with Workday best practices
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding project status, configuration recommendations, and best practices
• Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and contribute to practice growth
• Take initiative in supporting internal projects and additional responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM modules
• Hands-on experience with post-production support, enhancements, and implementations
• Ability to lead client discussions and translate business needs into Workday solutions
• Experience managing multiple priorities and complex client requests
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Desired 

• Experience in Phase X implementations and Workday release planning
• Experience mentoring or leading other Workday consultants

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
