Job description:

Bookkeeper (Home Office)

$20,000 - $25,000 mx monthly

Full-time | Monday to Friday

We are a community of professionals that give support and advisory to businesses across the following areas:

Accounting, Taxes, Corporate Law, Social Security & Payroll and International Trade

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong ability to work with clients and provide an outstanding customer experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and analyze monthly financial statements such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (USA)
  • Manage and update accounting records in platforms like QuickBooks, Sage 50, among others.
  • Accurately record and classify invoices for income and expenses (USA)
  • Allocate income and expenses to the appropriate cost centers (USA)
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy (USA)
